A visionary and pioneer in the industry, Merry created Break Through Consulting more than 15 years ago when Executive Leadership Coaching was a fledgling industry. Starting out as a solo practitioner, she has grown the company into a robust team of highly accomplished business coaches in order to meet client demand. Since then, Break Through Consulting has coached hundreds of senior executives supporting breakthrough business and deeply personal results.
