Bill PullenBill Pullen is a Master Certified Coach and organizational development consultant providing innovative executive coaching and organizational development services to leaders in the Fortune 500, the federal government and private organizations. His coaching focuses on developing current and emerging leaders to transform leadership capacity within organizations - creating breakthrough business results. Mr. Pullen's clients include AOL/Time Warner, Booz Allen Hamilton, the Commerce Department, Fannie Mae, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal General Services Administration, Freddie Mac, Marriot, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Canadian as well as numerous entrepreneurial organizations.

Bill is known for his straightforward, insightful approach to helping people and organizations identify behaviors that promote or detract from leader effectiveness. Taking a systems approach, he uses a cycle of assessment, challenge, and support to accelerate development, enhance performance and build leadership identity, presence, behaviors and skills.   • Assume the role of CEO during a major corporate reorganization that positioned the organization for long term growth and success in an increasingly competitive market.
  • Build a new business line within an international professional services firm resulting in an additional $2.3 million in sales.
Bill has a Masters in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S Degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and is certified in the Break Through Consulting proprietary 4-step coaching model. Bill is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and has completed the Co-Active Space Leadership Program. He has received additional training in multicultural leadership and organizational and systems relationship coaching.

Prior to coaching, Bill was Director of National Managed Care Sales for Theraphysics, a subsidiary of Beverly Enterprises. He previously served as Manager of Rehabilitation Services for Mid-Atlantic Medical Services Inc. - a Maryland based managed care company serving the mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Bill served as administrator for a chain of outpatient rehabilitation clinics with responsibility for functions including marketing, business development, and operations.
