Noah Blumenthal is an Executive Coach who has supported hundreds of top executives to improve leadership effectiveness, increase their personal influence, set and achieve their goals, and think more strategically. Noah is dedicated to raising his clients' self-awareness to produce better understanding and superior decision-making for break-through business results. He is an entrepreneur at heart and loves coaching other entrepreneurial spirits.
Mr. Blumenthal has experience coaching fast-paced business owners, CEOs, top sales people and senior executives of large corporations including scientists and engineers in global corporations. Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Mr. Blumenthal founded an internal coaching and consulting group at UBS Financial Services where he helped lead the effort for team development and leadership coaching. While there he trained and consulted to over 1,000 teams and coached hundreds of team leaders on how to improve their businesses and their behaviors. The executives he coached outperformed their peers in revenue by more than 25%, which led to a dramatic expansion of his team, from 4 to 17 people in fewer than 18 months from the inception of the group.
Previously, Noah created values-based team and leadership development programs at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Blumenthal is the author of Be the Hero and You're Addicted to You (both published by Berrett-Koehler). He has also written for magazines, including the journals of the American Management Association and the International Coach Federation.
Additionally, Noah is a seasoned speaker and trainer and has been featured as a speaker at Columbia University, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.
