Sheree Butterfield is an executive coach committed to maximizing professional performance that translates to improved organizational results. Sheree’s practice focuses upon building effective communication strategies within fast-paced environments, negotiating one's career in a world of uncertainty, and successfully navigating the political landscape to achieve one's goals.

Sheree has over 20 years of successful management experience in human resources, service operations, project management, new business development and strategic planning. She has been involved with coaching and human resources consulting at both an organizational and individual level for over 15 years. Her practice focuses on leadership coaching specifically in the area of onboarding into new, often global, roles.

Sheree's coaching is informed by her successful career as a Fortune 100 executive where she held both line and staff roles, and had extensive experience managing projects, people and P&L. Her experience includes human resource management and P&L responsibility for a $35 million high-growth service business. Sheree led a major change effort within a high-tech service operation that increased client retention and improved client satisfaction scores - moving them from lowest possible score to highest score - in 16 months. She was also an integral member of a start-up team for an information technology outsourcing business that grew to $900 million in revenue in just 18 months.

Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Sheree was a Strategic Account Manager at a global human resources consulting firm where she grew the business from $250,000 to $3 million in 2 years. As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Sheree tripled top-line revenue growth of an environmental engineering firm. Her entrepreneurial experience includes serving as President of a consulting firm that specialized in managing the people-side of implementing new systems in technology companies.
