Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Leslie was instrumental in more than doubling the size and revenue of a communications consulting firm specializing in leadership, business development and team building. In addition, she also worked as Director of Sales for a prominent marketing group. Leslie is an author and is the President and Founder of InnerActive Institute, an educational organization that offers training programs online. Leslie was featured in Women's Magazine as one of the Top 10 Boulder County Women to Watch.

Leslie is a lover of life. She has 3 children, loves horseback riding and dancing, and very much enjoys deep connections with her friends and various communities.
